Fairfax Beauty Lounge uses Velora to store appointment, contact, payment-reference, and coaching information needed to provide services. Access is restricted to authorized team members. Card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored in Velora. Clients may contact Fairfax Beauty Lounge to request access, correction, or deletion where legally permitted.

This operational notice must be reviewed with counsel and updated with the salon’s full legal contact details before public launch.
